About the Role

We are looking for an experienced Senior Generative AI Architect to lead the design, development, and implementation of enterprise-scale Generative AI solutions.

The ideal candidate will possess strong expertise in Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, Large Language Models (LLMs), Cloud Platforms, and AI Architecture. This role requires a strategic thinker who can design scalable AI solutions while ensuring security, governance, and responsible AI practices.

Key Responsibilities

AI Architecture & Solution Design

Design and maintain enterprise-grade Generative AI architectures.
Define AI frameworks, standards, and best practices.
Align AI initiatives with business objectives and technology strategies.
Lead architecture reviews and technical decision-making.

Generative AI Development

Design, train, fine-tune, and deploy Generative AI models.
Build solutions using Large Language Models (LLMs).
Develop AI-powered applications for content generation, automation, summarization, and knowledge management.
Implement Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) architectures.

Integration & Platform Engineering

Integrate AI solutions with enterprise systems and business workflows.
Collaborate with engineering teams to embed AI capabilities into existing applications.
Design scalable AI infrastructure across cloud environments.

Performance & Scalability

Optimize AI workloads for performance and cost efficiency.
Ensure high availability, scalability, and reliability of deployed AI solutions.
Establish monitoring and observability mechanisms.

Responsible AI & Governance

Implement AI governance frameworks.
Address fairness, explainability, bias, transparency, and security concerns.
Ensure compliance with organizational and regulatory requirements.

Research & Innovation

Stay updated with emerging AI technologies and industry trends.
Evaluate new frameworks, tools, and models.
Drive innovation through AI adoption and experimentation.

Leadership & Collaboration

Work closely with Product Managers, Data Scientists, Engineers, and Business Stakeholders.
Mentor technical teams and provide architectural guidance.
Support solution workshops and strategic AI initiatives.

Experience working with AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud.
Experience building scalable production-grade AI applications.

Preferred

Experience with RAG architectures.
Experience with AI Agents and Agentic Workflows.
Experience leading enterprise AI transformation programs.
Strong stakeholder management and leadership skills.
