Virtual<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><b>Job Description:\u00a0<\/b><\/p>\n<p><b>Job Title<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">: OCI Lead Engineer<\/span><\/p>\n<p><b>Location:<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> Chennai\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p><b>Experience<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">: 8+ years<\/span><\/p>\n<p><b>Work Time<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">: 24&#215;7<\/span><\/p>\n<p><b>Job Summary<\/b><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>We are seeking an experienced OCI Lead Engineer to manage day-to-day operational activities of Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI) environments across Development, UAT, and Production.<\/li>\n<li>This role works closely with application developers, Oracle Database teams, and OCI Architects to ensure stable, secure, and efficient cloud operations.<\/li>\n<li>The candidate will be responsible for routine administration, incident management, change execution, and operational support of OCI-hosted workloads.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><b>Responsibilities<\/b><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> Manage day-to-day OCI operational activities across Dev, UAT, and Production environments.<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> Execute routine administration tasks for OCI compute, storage, networking, and security services.<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> Work closely with application developers to support deployments, releases, and application issues.<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> Coordinate with Oracle Database teams for database provisioning, maintenance, and performance support.<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> Collaborate with OCI Architects to implement and maintain cloud architecture and standards.<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> Monitor OCI environments for availability, performance, capacity, and cost.<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> Perform incident management, root cause analysis, and issue resolution.<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> Execute approved changes, including configuration updates, scaling, and maintenance activities.<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> Support application hosting on OCI, including Oracle EBS and other enterprise applications.<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> Assist with OS, middleware, database, and OCI patching activities.<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> Support CI\/CD pipelines and automation processes.<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> Assist in High Availability (HA) and Disaster Recovery (DR) operations and testing.<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> Maintain backups, recovery procedures, and operational readiness.<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> Implement and follow security best practices, access controls, and compliance requirements.<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> Maintain operational documentation, SOPs, runbooks, and support procedures.<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> Provide guidance and support to junior engineers and operations teams.<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> Participate in on-call support and planned maintenance windows.<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><b>Key Skills &amp; Qualifications<\/b><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> Hands-on experience with Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI) operations.<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> Experience supporting Dev, UAT, and Production environments.<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> Strong understanding of OCI compute, storage, networking, and security services.<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> Experience working with application development teams and DBAs.<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> Familiarity with Oracle Databases and database operations.<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> Experience supporting enterprise applications on OCI (Oracle EBS preferred).<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> Working knowledge of CI\/CD pipelines and DevOps processes.<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> Experience with scripting and automation (Bash, Python).<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> experience with Infrastructure as Code tools such as Terraform.<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> Understanding of High Availability and Disaster Recovery concepts.<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> Strong incident management and troubleshooting skills.<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> Good communication and coordination skills across technical teams.<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> OCI certifications (Associate or Professional) preferred<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Apply here<\/strong>:<br \/>\n<a href=\"mailto:hr@letzbizz.com\">hr@letzbizz.com<\/a><\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI) Lead Engineer Exp: 8+ yrs Location Option: Chennai One IT Park, Thoraipakkam &#8211;
