Virtual<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 500;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 500;\">HR Discussion &#8211; Virtual<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 500;\"><strong>Job Description<\/strong>:\u00a0 Service Now Architect<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 500;\"><strong>Work Experience<\/strong>: 15+ years<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 500;\"><strong>Job Description<\/strong>:<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 500;\"><strong>Role<\/strong>: Service Now Implementation Architect<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 500;\"><strong>Key Responsibilities<\/strong>:<\/span><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 500;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 500;\">Lead the architectural design, strategy, and implementation of ServiceNow solutions, ensuring alignment with business objectives.<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 500;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 500;\">Manage, Operate, and run a domain-separated instance for existing and new tenants with compliance to subscription management<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 500;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 500;\">Provide technical leadership for the design and development of ITSM, ITOM, ITAM, HRSD, and other Service Now modules.<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 500;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 500;\">Designing and implementing workflows, User Interfaces, and integrations within the Service Now platform.<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 500;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 500;\">Assisting with the integration of Service Now with external systems and applications via APIs and web services.<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 500;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 500;\">Implementing user and role management as well as customizing dashboards and reports.<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 500;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 500;\">Collaborating closely with departments to ensure optimal solutions.<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 500;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 500;\">Manage Service Now releases and upgrades, including design, development, testing, deployment, and post-implementation review.<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 500;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 500;\">Define best practices, governance, and standards for Service Now implementation and customization.<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 500;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 500;\">Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand requirements and translate them into scalable Service Now solutions.<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 500;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 500;\">Guide teams in complex integrations, data migration, and automation using Service Now capabilities such as Flow Designer and Integration Hub.<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 500;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 500;\">Oversee performance optimization, security compliance, and system stability.<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 500;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 500;\">Work closely with Service Now product owners, process owners, and platform teams to ensure successful delivery.<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 500;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 500;\">Stay updated with the latest Service Now trends, features, and releases, ensuring continuous improvement.<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 500;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 500;\">AI and Automation, Training and building the practice team<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 500;\"><strong>Required Skills<\/strong>:<\/span><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 500;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 500;\">Extensive ServiceNow expertise with deep knowledge of platform architecture, CMDB, ITSM, ITOM, ITAM, HRSD, and SecOps.<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 500;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 500;\">Experience with Domain separated instance management, Platform Analytics, Platform upgrades, Service Bridge (e-bonding), TPSM &amp; CSM<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 500;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 500;\">Advanced JavaScript &amp; GlideScript development, including Script Includes, Business Rules, Client Scripts, UI Actions, and Workflow Scripts.<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 500;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 500;\">Proficiency in API development and integrations (REST, SOAP, Webhooks, MID Server, Integration Hub, GraphQL).<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 500;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 500;\">NowAssist &amp;
