The selected professional will support the OCI Lead Engineer with day-to-day cloud operations, service monitoring, incident resolution, and infrastructure administration across Development, UAT, and Production environments.<\/p>\n<p>Key responsibilities<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>\n<div>\n<div>\n<p>Maintain and monitor OCI environments for availability, performance, and capacity.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<div>\n<div>\n<p>Support compute, storage, networking, IAM, and security configurations.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<div>\n<div>\n<p>Troubleshoot incidents, alerts, and service requests.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<div>\n<div>\n<p>Assist with virtual machine provisioning, scaling, and configuration changes.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<div>\n<div>\n<p>Coordinate application releases, deployments, patching, and maintenance.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<div>\n<div>\n<p>Support Oracle EBS and other enterprise applications hosted on OCI.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<div>\n<div>\n<p>Assist with backup, restore, recovery, HA, and DR activities.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<div>\n<div>\n<p>Maintain operational documentation, SOPs, and runbooks.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<div>\n<div>\n<p>Coordinate with application, database, and infrastructure teams.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<div>\n<div>\n<p>Follow approved change procedures, security controls, and operational best practices.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Required qualifications and skills<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>\n<div>\n<div>\n<p>4+ years of relevant experience.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<div>\n<div>\n<p>Practical knowledge of Oracle Cloud Infrastructure.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<div>\n<div>\n<p>Understanding of OCI compute, storage, networking, and security.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<div>\n<div>\n<p>Experience or exposure to cloud monitoring, incident management, and troubleshooting.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<div>\n<div>\n<p>Familiarity with Linux and\/or Windows server administration.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<div>\n<div>\n<p>Ability to coordinate with technical teams and communicate operational issues clearly.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Preferred qualifications<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>\n<div>\n<div>\n<p>OCI Foundations or Associate certification.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<div>\n<div>\n<p>Oracle Database and Oracle EBS exposure.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<div>\n<div>\n<p>Bash\/Python scripting.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<div>\n<div>\n<p>CI\/CD and DevOps fundamentals.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<div>\n<div>\n<p>Terraform or other Infrastructure as Code exposure.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<div>\n<div>\n<p>Backup, recovery, High Availability, and Disaster Recovery experience.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Job details<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>\n<div>\n<div>\n<p>Experience: 4+ years<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<div>\n<div>\n<p>Location: Chennai<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<div>\n<div>\n<p>Work mode: WFO \/ Hybrid, subject to confirmation<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<div>\n<div>\n<p>Shift: UK shift; 24\u00d77 support requirements may apply<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<div>\n<div>\n<p>Employment type: Consultant \/ Contract<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<div>\n<div>\n<p>Duration: 3 months<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<div>\n<div>\n<p>Joining: Immediate joiners only<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<div>\n<div>\n<p>Budget: \u20b91.25 lakh per month<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Application process<\/p>\n<p>Candidates must be comfortable with the 3-month contract duration and available to join immediately.
