- Research target companies, hotels, resorts, hospitality groups and decision-makers.<\/li>\n
- Generate leads through LinkedIn, email, calls, networking, referrals and other channels.<\/li>\n
- Build and maintain strong relationships with prospects and clients.<\/li>\n
- Identify business needs and understand customer pain points.<\/li>\n
- Present appropriate technology, SaaS and business solutions.<\/li>\n
- Conduct discovery calls and initial client discussions.<\/li>\n
- Maintain a structured sales pipeline and ensure timely follow-ups.<\/li>\n
- Qualify prospects and prioritize high-value opportunities.<\/li>\n
- Prepare proposals, presentations and commercial discussions.<\/li>\n
- Negotiate with prospects and work towards successful closures.<\/li>\n
- Maintain accurate CRM and sales activity records.<\/li>\n
- Develop long-term relationships with existing and prospective clients.<\/li>\n
- Identify upselling, cross-selling and repeat-business opportunities.<\/li>\n
- Track competitor activity and market opportunities.<\/li>\n
- Work closely with internal teams to ensure smooth handover after closure.<\/li>\n
- Meet agreed lead-generation, pipeline and revenue targets.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n
