will be responsible for designing, developing, configuring, integrating, and optimizing enterprise ServiceNow solutions.<\/p>\n<p>The candidate will lead technical activities across ITOM, ITAM, ITSM, CMDB, Discovery, Service Mapping, Asset Management, integrations, automation, and platform development.<\/p>\n<p>The role requires strong technical ownership, troubleshooting capabilities, stakeholder communication, and adherence to ServiceNow development best practices.<\/p>\n<h4>Key Responsibilities<\/h4>\n<ul>\n<li>Design, develop, configure, and implement ServiceNow solutions based on business requirements.<\/li>\n<li>Lead ServiceNow development and implementation activities across ITOM and ITAM.<\/li>\n<li>Configure and enhance ITOM capabilities, including:\n<ul>\n<li>Discovery<\/li>\n<li>Service Mapping<\/li>\n<li>Event Management<\/li>\n<li>Operational Intelligence<\/li>\n<li>AIOps<\/li>\n<li>MID Server configuration<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<li>Configure and enhance ITAM capabilities, including:\n<ul>\n<li>Hardware Asset Management<\/li>\n<li>Software Asset Management<\/li>\n<li>Asset lifecycle management<\/li>\n<li>Inventory management<\/li>\n<li>Contract and licence management<\/li>\n<li>Asset reconciliation and compliance<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<li>Configure and maintain CMDB data models, relationships, identification rules, and reconciliation processes.<\/li>\n<li>Develop ServiceNow applications, workflows, Flow Designer flows, UI policies, business rules, client scripts, and scheduled jobs.<\/li>\n<li>Integrate ServiceNow with third-party applications using REST APIs, SOAP APIs, Integration Hub, and MID Servers.<\/li>\n<li>Develop custom applications and modules using JavaScript, Glide APIs, and ServiceNow development standards.<\/li>\n<li>Implement and enhance Incident, Problem, Change, Request, Asset, and Configuration Management workflows.<\/li>\n<li>Troubleshoot complex ServiceNow platform, integration, Discovery, CMDB, ITOM, and ITAM issues.<\/li>\n<li>Review technical designs, code quality, platform configurations, and deployment activities.<\/li>\n<li>Collaborate with business stakeholders, architects, infrastructure teams, and support teams.<\/li>\n<li>Ensure platform performance, security, scalability, maintainability, and compliance.<\/li>\n<li>Provide technical guidance and mentoring to ServiceNow development team members.<\/li>\n<li>Stay updated with ServiceNow releases, new features, platform data governance.<\/li>\n<li>Strong understanding of IT asset lifecycle processes.<\/li>\n<li>Experience with ServiceNow integrations and enterprise systems.<\/li>\n<li>Strong troubleshooting, analytical, and problem-solving skills.<\/li>\n<li>Ability to independently analyse requirements and propose scalable technical solutions.<\/li>\n<li>Strong communication and stakeholder-management capabilities.<\/li>\n<li>Ability to work effectively in remote and distributed-team environments.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h4>Preferred Qualifications<\/h4>\n<ul>\n<li>ServiceNow Certified System Administrator
