Also, you should understand lead generation, campaign tracking, basic SEO, and UGC\/content marketing.<\/p>\n<p>Most importantly, you should be able to show real campaign results through reports, dashboards, screenshots, or case studies.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Key Responsibilities<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>You will plan and manage Google Ads campaigns, including Search, Display, YouTube, Performance Max, and lead generation campaigns.<\/li>\n<li>You will also manage Meta Ads across Facebook and Instagram for leads, traffic, engagement, retargeting, and conversions.<\/li>\n<li>In addition, you will monitor campaign performance and take action to improve results.<\/li>\n<li>You will work on keyword research, audience targeting, negative keywords, ad copy testing, creative testing, and landing page suggestions.<\/li>\n<li>You will also set up and review tracking using GA4, Google Tag Manager, Meta Pixel, UTM links, and conversion tracking.<\/li>\n<li>Along with paid ads, you will support basic SEO tasks such as keyword research, on-page suggestions, content planning, and Search Console review.<\/li>\n<li>You may also help with UGC\/content ideas such as reels, testimonials, ad creatives, content briefs, and performance-focused creatives.<\/li>\n<li>Finally, you will prepare clear campaign reports with insights, results, and next-step recommendations.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Must-Have Skills<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Google Ads<\/li>\n<li>Meta Ads<\/li>\n<li>Facebook Ads<\/li>\n<li>Instagram Ads<\/li>\n<li>Performance Marketing<\/li>\n<li>Lead Generation<\/li>\n<li>Campaign Optimization<\/li>\n<li>Google Analytics \/ GA4<\/li>\n<li>Google Tag Manager<\/li>\n<li>Conversion Tracking<\/li>\n<li>Meta Pixel<\/li>\n<li>Landing Page Understanding<\/li>\n<li>Basic SEO<\/li>\n<li>UGC \/ Content Marketing<\/li>\n<li>Campaign Reporting<\/li>\n<li>CPL and ROI Analysis<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Preferred Background<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Candidates from advertising agencies will be preferred.<\/p>\n<p>However, candidates from real estate marketing, product-based companies, SaaS, technology companies, hospitality technology, or lead-generation businesses can also apply.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Candidate Requirements<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>You should have at least 6+ years of relevant digital marketing experience.<\/li>\n<li>You must have strong hands-on experience in Google Ads and Meta Ads.<\/li>\n<li>You should have managed paid campaigns independently.<\/li>\n<li>Also, you must understand CPL, lead quality, conversion tracking, ROI, and campaign optimization.<\/li>\n<li>You should be able to share campaign samples, reports, dashboards, case studies, landing pages, ad creatives, or sanitized proof of work.<\/li>\n<li>Basic SEO knowledge is required.<\/li>\n<li>UGC or content marketing exposure will be an added advantage.<\/li>\n<li>You must be comfortable working full-time from home.<\/li>\n<li>You should also be disciplined, proactive, and ready for regular performance tracking.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Who Should Apply<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Apply if you have real experience in running and improving paid campaigns.<\/li>\n<li>Apply if you can explain your campaign results using numbers such as budget, CPL, leads, conversions, and ROI.<\/li>\n<li>Apply if you are comfortable with daily reporting and clear performance ownership.<\/li>\n<li>Also, apply if you can share proof of your work.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Who May Not Be Suitable<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>This role may not be suitable for candidates with only social media posting experience.<\/li>\n<li>It may also not be suitable for candidates who have only boosted posts without using proper Ads Manager tools.<\/li>\n<li>Candidates who cannot explain campaign performance, tracking, lead quality, or optimization may not be the right fit.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Selection Process<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Profile review<\/li>\n<li>Application form screening<\/li>\n<li>Digital marketing technical discussion<\/li>\n<li>Portfolio or proof-of-work validation<\/li>\n<li>Final client discussion<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Important Note<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>This is a performance-driven role.
