Job Summary:
We are looking for a skilled and passionate Python Developer with 3+ years of experience to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in developing scalable and efficient applications using Python. You will work on designing, developing, and maintaining software solutions that meet business needs while collaborating with cross-functional teams.
Key Responsibilities:
- Application Development:
– Design, develop, and maintain high-quality Python-based applications.
– Write clean, efficient, and reusable code following best practices.
– Develop RESTful APIs and integrate them with third-party services.
- Data Processing and Analysis:
– Work with large datasets and perform data analysis using Python libraries.
– Develop scripts for data extraction, transformation, and loading (ETL) processes.
– Implement data visualization solutions using tools like Matplotlib, Seaborn, or Plotly.
- Collaboration:
– Collaborate with product managers, designers, and other developers to understand requirements and deliver solutions.
– Participate in code reviews to ensure code quality and share knowledge with the team.
- Testing and Debugging:
– Write unit tests and perform debugging to ensure software quality.
– Identify and resolve performance bottlenecks and bugs.
- Documentation:
– Create technical documentation for applications, APIs, and workflows.
– Maintain documentation for future reference and upgrades.
- Continuous Improvement:
– Stay updated with the latest trends and technologies in the Python ecosystem.
– Suggest and implement improvements to existing systems and processes.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Technical Skills:
– Proficient in Python and its frameworks (e.g., Django, Flask, FastAPI).
– Experience with RESTful APIs and microservices architecture.
– Strong knowledge of database systems like PostgreSQL, MySQL, or MongoDB.
– Familiarity with data analysis libraries like Pandas, NumPy, and SciPy.
– Experience with web scraping tools like BeautifulSoup or Scrapy.
– Knowledge of version control systems like Git.
- Soft Skills:
– Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
– Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
– Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks effectively.
- Experience:
– 3+ years of hands-on experience in Python development.
– Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies is a plus.
– Familiarity with cloud platforms like AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud is an advantage.
Preferred Qualifications:
– Experience with machine learning libraries like Scikit-learn, TensorFlow, or PyTorch.
– Knowledge of Docker and Kubernetes for containerization and orchestration.
– Familiarity with DevOps practices and CI/CD pipelines.
– Understanding of front-end technologies like HTML5, CSS3, and JavaScript.
