About the Role:
We are urgently hiring a highly experienced Genesys Architect with strong hands-on expertise in Terraform scripting to automate Genesys workflows and call queues. The ideal candidate should have excellent architectural knowledge, deep expertise in contact center solutions, and the ability to drive automation using Infrastructure as Code (IaC).
Key Responsibilities:
- Architect, design, and implement Genesys solutions with a focus on automation.
- Develop and maintain Terraform scripts for automating Genesys workflows and call queues.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize performance and scalability.
- Ensure high availability, security, and seamless integration of Genesys solutions.
- Provide leadership, guidance, and best practices to development and operations teams.
Required Skills & Experience:
- 15+ years of strong experience in Genesys architecture and solutions.
- Proven expertise in Terraform scripting for automation.
- Deep understanding of Genesys contact center platforms, workflows, and call routing.
- Strong communication and client-facing skills.
- Ability to join immediately and work full-time from Thoraipakkam, Chennai.
