We are seeking an experienced Salesforce Architect to lead enterprise-scale Salesforce initiatives across architecture, integrations, governance, security, and platform transformation programs.

Key Responsibilities

• Define and drive Salesforce architecture strategy across multiple business functions.
• Design scalable, secure, and high-performing Salesforce solutions.
• Lead architecture reviews and establish technical standards and governance.
• Collaborate with business and technical stakeholders to translate requirements into enterprise solutions.
• Drive platform optimization, integrations, security, data architecture, and environment management.
• Lead implementation teams and support large-scale Salesforce transformation initiatives.
• Manage release governance, testing strategies, deployment planning, and DevOps best practices.
• Evaluate and implement AI / GenAI capabilities within the Salesforce ecosystem.

Required Skills

• 12+ years of Salesforce experience.
• Strong expertise in Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Data Cloud, Security, Governance, and Enterprise Architecture.
• Experience with Salesforce APIs, Integration Patterns, Data Architecture, and Environment Management.
• Hands-on experience with OwnBackup, Flosum, and Panaya.
• Strong understanding of DevOps, Release Management, Testing, and Change Governance.
• Experience building or supporting AI / GenAI Proof of Concepts integrated with Salesforce.
• Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and leadership skills.

Preferred

• Salesforce Architect Certifications.
• Experience with large-scale enterprise implementations.
• Experience leading global or multi-team delivery programs.
