Job Description:

Role: Service Now Implementation Architect

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the architectural design, strategy, and implementation of ServiceNow solutions, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
  • Manage, Operate, and run a domain-separated instance for existing and new tenants with compliance to subscription management
  • Provide technical leadership for the design and development of ITSM, ITOM, ITAM, HRSD, and other Service Now modules.
  • Designing and implementing workflows, User Interfaces, and integrations within the Service Now platform.
  • Assisting with the integration of Service Now with external systems and applications via APIs and web services.
  • Implementing user and role management as well as customizing dashboards and reports.
  • Collaborating closely with departments to ensure optimal solutions.
  • Manage Service Now releases and upgrades, including design, development, testing, deployment, and post-implementation review.
  • Define best practices, governance, and standards for Service Now implementation and customization.
  • Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand requirements and translate them into scalable Service Now solutions.
  • Guide teams in complex integrations, data migration, and automation using Service Now capabilities such as Flow Designer and Integration Hub.
  • Oversee performance optimization, security compliance, and system stability.
  • Work closely with Service Now product owners, process owners, and platform teams to ensure successful delivery.
  • Stay updated with the latest Service Now trends, features, and releases, ensuring continuous improvement.
  • AI and Automation, Training and building the practice team

Required Skills:

  • Extensive ServiceNow expertise with deep knowledge of platform architecture, CMDB, ITSM, ITOM, ITAM, HRSD, and SecOps.
  • Experience with Domain separated instance management, Platform Analytics, Platform upgrades, Service Bridge (e-bonding), TPSM & CSM
  • Advanced JavaScript & GlideScript development, including Script Includes, Business Rules, Client Scripts, UI Actions, and Workflow Scripts.
  • Proficiency in API development and integrations (REST, SOAP, Webhooks, MID Server, Integration Hub, GraphQL).
  • NowAssist & Virtual Agent-based automation
  • Strong expertise in Flow Designer, Workflow Editor, UI Builder, and ServiceNow App Engine.
  • Hands-on experience in CMDB design, CSDM, data models, data normalization, and reconciliation rules.
  • Familiarity with database structures, SQL queries, and data migration strategies.
  • Certification: Certified Implementation Specialist (CIS) and Service Now Certified Technical Architect (CTA) preferred.
