Must-Have Technical Expertise:

Java Backend Development: Hands-on experience with Java 8+ features including Lambdas, Streams, and Functional Interfaces.

Concurrent Programming: Ability to design and implement multithreaded and high-performance applications.

Spring Frameworks: Expertise in Spring Boot, Spring MVC, and Spring JDBC/MyBatis/Hibernate.

Messaging Systems: Experience with messaging technologies such as Kafka or MQ.

RESTful Services: Strong knowledge of designing, developing, and consuming REST APIs.

Cloud & Containerization: Practical experience with Docker and deployments on AWS / Cloud Foundry / Azure.
Good-to-Have Skills:

MongoDB or any NoSQL database experience.

Distributed Caching solutions like Hazelcast or Redis.
