Client Focus: International (Malaysia/Singapore) Compensation: ₹10 LPA (approximately)

About the Opportunity:

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Customer Success Manager to join our client’s dynamic team in Chennai. This is an exciting opportunity to play a pivotal role in ensuring the satisfaction and success of their international client base, primarily in Malaysia and Singapore. As a Customer Success Manager, you will be responsible for building strong, long-lasting relationships with clients, understanding their business objectives, and ensuring they derive maximum value from the company’s products and services.

Responsibilities:

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned international clients, fostering strong relationships and ensuring a high level of client satisfaction.
  • Develop a deep understanding of clients’ business goals and challenges to proactively identify opportunities for value creation.
  • Onboard new clients and guide them through the implementation process, ensuring a smooth and efficient transition.
  • Conduct regular check-in calls and business reviews to understand client progress, address any concerns, and identify areas for improvement.
  • Advocate for client needs internally, collaborating with product, support, and sales teams to ensure client success.
  • Proactively identify and mitigate potential risks to client satisfaction and retention.
  • Track and analyse key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure client success and identify trends.
  • Provide timely and effective solutions to client inquiries and issues.
  • Contribute to the development of best practices and processes for customer success.
  • Potentially lead and mentor junior team members.

Qualifications and Skills:

  • Minimum of 6 years of experience in a Customer Success or Account Management role within product-based companies, preferably within the SaaS industry.
  • Proven experience managing and nurturing relationships with international clients.
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to effectively communicate with stakeholders at all levels.
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to identify and resolve client issues effectively.  
  • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple clients and prioritise tasks effectively.
  • Experience with CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) is a significant advantage.
  • Team handling or leadership experience is highly desirable.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team environment.
  • A proactive and results-oriented approach.
